Bed was pretty comfortable.
Our 2 night stay was in a room where we couldn't shower or take a bath as it was completely corroded & Broke. We were able to run down to a couple rooms to shower at 11:30 pm as maintenance man never showed up. Complained to staff & requested a discount which feel on deaf ears. Also requested clean towels & no one replaced the used ones. They seemed to be out.
One level facility- no steps to get to room.
Cleanliness was poor, ants in bathroom sink, smell of room- musty- no fan or AC running when I arrived.
They did not have our reservation. But did honor the price. The room was disgusting. There was black and pink mold in the bathroom. Everything was covered in a layer of grime. We had to clean everything and asked for new sheets. Next time, I will pay the extra for a nicer hotel! It was too late in the day to search for another facility. They advertise breakfast. No go. Not even coffee. But by this point, did not want it.
It was cheap in comparison to other hotels in the area.
The bed sheets were dirty, had lipstick all over, light bulb burnt out, I had to change it. Cockroach crawled out of my suitcase after the first night.
The coffee was good and hot.
The rooms needed painted and the bathroom fans needed repaired and the fixtures need replaced . The side also needs paint and repairs!
Extremely clean rooms! Staff was very nice and the price was very fair would definitely stay again ;)
It's right off the interstate and close to all we needed or wanted.
The so called wi-fi is really nonexistent so if you're planning to work or communicate via the internet this isn't the place for you.
Close to the horse park, best value for Rolex weekend, it was older but clean, the staff was friendly, the thermostat worked better than most high end hotels I've stayed in.
The bed was super uncomfortable. And it smelled musty when we first arrived. But it went away after we dropped the temperature and left the door open for a few minutes. Had no idea how to log into the wifi
Location was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Mold and mildew in the bathroom. Continental breakfast was very limited--cold cereal and pastries. There wasn't even any milk available for the cereal on the last day of our stay.
There was a big bed and a tolit that worked. Running water.
Carpet was filthy, tub had mold in it could not take a shower it was nasty. Lock on the door was unsafe. If I would have knew that this was not a real Knights inn, would not have booked.
The bed was a bit soft and it had a frig and microwave in the room. The room was warm, had good heat.
The tub had mildew around edge, only 2 towels, coffee still in pot from previous renter, don't think sheets were changed cause there was hair on sheets and pillow cases. Panel of the wall was loose and rattling. First room we got the tv had been stolen out of it and they didn't even realize it was gone. How did housekeeping not see the tv gone.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was right off the interstate near my desired destination. The staff was kind and as helpful as possible. I would definitely stay here again, just remember it isn't a resort.
The maid service was a bit lacking but the holiday weekend may have been a factor there. We really only had full service 2 out of 5 nights but the desk staff helped where possible.
The lady that checked us in was nice...it was downhill after that.
Filthiest place I've ever stayed, ice machine wasn't even plugged in. The family evidently lived above our room and their dog barked constantly.
There was a huge gap in the door frame (1/2 inch - light/wind came through). Bath room was 1/2 painted, and left. Paint splatters everywhere. Thinnest towels possible. Pool full of algae water. Clearly the worst I've ever stayed at.
Bed not made, garbage not emptied, towels like sandpaper. Couldn't close/secure door one morning, clerk not too concerned but it got fixed. Walls banged up, needs paint. Light bulbs out.
